Sometimes it happens so that it is easier to reach one’s right ear with one’s left hand over the head.
After the official Russian philosophy refused to investigate the General Theory of Logic, it was necessary (in the fall of this year) to turn to the people’s representatives, believing that, ultimately, the whole society can reap the fruits of this science. The Public Chamber of Russia responded to the request for assistance in the examination, redirecting the appeal to the Ministry of Education and Science, the state body competent on this issue. The Ministry, in a response letter, gave its explanation, the content of which is clear from the two letters given below.
