Introduction. New European science dominates the scientific part of the consciousness of modern educated people. This has become so habitual that it seems that it has always been so and will always be so. However, this science appeared relatively recently, only about 400 years ago, which is only 1/13 of the history of mankind. The names of its founding fathers are well known: F. Bacon, G. Galileo, R. Descartes and others. And in the middle of the last century, new European science completed its development, and people by inertia still live by its ideas, not attaching any special importance to the fact that it is inherently more dogmatic than the religion that preceded it. And now a principally new fundamental science appears, but the blind faith of the old science, which does not allow criticism of its materialistic basis, has risen up in arms to defend its dogmas and the selfish interests of its leaders. Articles on the new science are viciously expelled from scientific and pseudoscientific publications, hindering its development. Therefore, after 9 years of ordeals, and in search of assistance for its further development, its developer is forced to turn to the country’s supreme power represented by the President of the Russian Federation and the State Duma of the Russian Federation, with the news of the existence of Russian fundamental science. There is an essential circumstance for this, because the new science is historically called upon to play an important role in the future life of Russian society: to translate its spiritual unity and drive out the discord.
